Audit Manager - Operations - Midlands

My client is a leading Bank currently looking to recruit an auditor with extensive business services operational experience.

Delivering a defined aspect of an audit within an assigned business unit, in line with Group Internal Audit standards and procedures. This role is about operational delivery of audit work under supervision. The audit function adds value by providing assurance on the Groups risk management and control processes, in relation to customer, financial or reputational risks. Audit Managers operate both operationally and strategically. Their involvement in any specific project may range from one or two days of fieldwork or mentoring members of the team, spanning preparation, fieldwork and reporting.

Current Financial services experience would be beneficial, but if you have worked in a specialist Accountancy Practice role or PLC experience within one of the key areas mentioned, you will be of great interest to this organisation.

Potentially the role can be based in the Midlands, Edinburgh or London and salary will be negotiable dependent on location

ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA
