Internal Auditor, FTSE 250 Retail

An Internal Audit Consultant is required to join my client who are a FTSE 250 company with grand expansion plans for the next 18 months.

You will be a qualified Accountant/ Auditor with hands on commercial experience ideally in industry but we are also happy to consider high flyers from the Big 4 who are keen to make their first moves into industry.

You will be keen to use this opportunity to springboard your career when the time comes to move into the business, as this has been a well-trodden path for auditors in the past.

You will be:

• Interested to learn as much about the business as possible
• Keen to utilise your commercial experience and enthusiasm
• Keen to undertake project work
• A self-starter who is relish the opportunity to influence the bottom line
• Qualified with a financial background - i.e. have a formal qualification ACA/ACCA/IIA This is essential

Due to the European expansion plans, language skills are highly desirable especially French.
