Risk Analyst SOX, Investment Management

Expanding UK consultancy seek a Risk Analyst for a City based Investment Management company.

Your role will involve managing the risk assessment for the business prior to SOX being implemented. You will have a thorough understanding of investment management firms in particular; back office, income processes, fund accounting and settlements.

We seek someone who will understand what will need to happen within the company before SOX is put in, what the financial reporting implications will be?
